Refund policy

We have an easy & convenient return policy for all our customers so you can shop with peace of mind. You can always reach out to us for any questions you might have before confirming your order.

Most of our products are hand made and there might be slight variation between one item to another.

Return

Please contact us within 3 days from delivery of your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, Please make sure to return the items in its original condition (unworn or unused), including all packaging and tags. Any return without prior request will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition and with prior request & approval. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying of your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We can send you the return shipping label upon request. However, return shipping cost is with the customers. If we send you the return shipping label, we will deduct appropriately from the refund amount. You are expected to pay both ways of shipping in those cases.

We will reimburse the complete shipping costs for return if the delivered product is damaged & defective upon receipt.

Damages and Issues 

We do quality check of every product before we ship. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or altered/personalized items). & items on clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you the approval of refunds after receiving and inspecting your returned product.   If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
